Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please email us at obaycare@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns unless:

• You received the wrong item

• The product was damaged in transit (exchange will be given within 3-4 days)

In such cases, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share unboxing video or photos as evidence

Refund Process

• Refunds (if approved) will be credited within 7-10 business days to original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
